One platform. Priced on the minutes and outcomes you use.
Pay only for the voice minutes or resolved conversations your agents actually deliver. An unanswered call bills nothing, and you can watch the meter run in real time.
What a month costs either way
Your volume, priced as agents and as people, in USD.3,000 calls × 4 min = 12,000 talk-minutes · 256 agent-hours at 78% occupancy
Carrier minutes sit outside both — 12,000 talk-minutes cost the same whoever is speaking.
$1,538 – $3,590 · ≈ 1.9 FTE on one shift
Triple the headcount for round-the-clock cover.
$6–14 / agent-hour, India & Philippines
$99 platform + $1,440 voice · 12,000 min at $0.12
Every call answered at once, at three in the morning, without a roster. Metered per second — a call nobody answers bills nothing.
estimate · carrier separate, at cost
40% · $12,301 a year
And the human figure is the midpoint of the published band, before the add-ons.
Book a demoHow this is worked out
A contact centre sells agent-hours, not talk-minutes, so the human cost is your talk-hours divided by 78% occupancy — one agent-hour buys 46.8 talk-minutes, not sixty. Full-time equivalents assume 6 productive hours a shift over 22 days, the surveyed figure after breaks, meetings and training. Rates are published 2026 outsourcing surveys converted at the same FX snapshot as the cards below. Excluded from the human side and therefore in your supplier’s favour: setup, QA surcharges and after-hours premiums (+15–25% on the quoted hour), recruitment and onboarding, attrition, and management above the agent line. Carrier minutes are excluded from both sides — you pay those either way, and the same minutes cost the same whoever is speaking. An agent-hour bought from a contact centre is an all-in price — dialler, seat and supervisor are already inside it — so nothing is added on top of it here. Our side is an estimate, not a quote: billing is per second with no minimum and no connect fee, so a real invoice follows your own call mix, and tax is on top. We have no contact-centre labour survey we trust for Rest of world, so this compares against offshore rates rather than inventing a local one.

List rate · Growth - $0.85/ resolved
Per resolution. The conversation the agent actually finished, not the airtime it took — breaks even against per-minute at about seven minutes. Escalations to a human are not resolutions.
Annual agreements - $0.05/ message
Per message. WhatsApp, SMS, email and web chat — our platform rate, whichever surface it lands on. Meta's and the carrier's own per-message fees are separate and passed through below.
List rate · Growth - Customannual
Committed use. Commit volume, bring your own carrier or SIP trunk, or run dedicated — each one pulls the rate below list.
Talk to us - At costpass-through
Carrier minutes. Never marked up, and the two legs are not the same price: placing a call varies by destination, receiving one typically $0.01 / min. Zero on your own SIP trunk.
Not our margin - At costpass-through
WhatsApp & SMS fees. Meta charges per message, and the price depends on the country and on the category, so we quote it against the customer's own country rather than averaging it. Replying to someone who messaged you first is FREE for the whole 24 hours that follows, so an agent that answers costs nothing to carry and only one that opens conversations does. Web chat on your own site has no vendor fee at all.
Not our margin
List rates, in one region’s currency — we guess the region from your browser and you can change it in a click above. Tax is on top of everything here; the line beside the selector says which applies to you.
