Write to a person
One form, four kinds of message. It goes straight into our own system rather than a shared inbox, so nothing gets lost between people.
- A question about the product
Pricing, languages, what it can and cannot do. We would rather tell you it is a bad fit than sell you a bad fit.
- Help with an account you already have
Something not behaving. Say which agent or which call and we can look at the actual record.
- Your data
Ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted — including any conversation with the assistant on this site. We act within 30 days, as the privacy policy says.
- Anything else
Partnerships, press, or telling us something on this site is wrong. The last one is genuinely welcome.

A demo is a live call to a number you give us, not a slide deck. It is the fastest way to judge whether this fits.

- How do I ask for a copy of the data you hold about me?
- Pick “See the data you hold on me” on this page and send it. We reply within 30 days, and will ask for anything we need to identify your records first.
- How do I ask you to delete my data?
- Pick “Delete the data you hold on me” on this page. That covers a demo enquiry, a conversation with the assistant on this site, or both. We confirm within 30 days.
- How quickly does someone reply?
- A person reads every message and replies within one working day for general enquiries. Data requests are answered within 30 days, usually much sooner.
- I already use Mirakash and something is broken. Is this the right place?
- Yes — pick “Help with my account”. If you have a dedicated contact from onboarding, that route is faster during business hours.
- I want to see the product rather than write to you.
- Book a demo instead. We dial a number you give us and you talk to a live agent, in English or an Indian language, in about 30 minutes.
