Mirakash vs Synthflow

A no-code platform for building voice agents quickly, aimed at teams without engineers.

Below is what Synthflow is good at, said without sandbagging, and where we differ — in terms you can check on a call with either of us.

What Synthflow is good at
  • Genuinely quick to a first working agent with no engineering.

  • Approachable for small teams.

  • Good integrations for common business tools.

Where Mirakash is different

What we can do that is hard to answer

01

Indian languages on real phone calls

Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil among others, for both speech recognition and speech synthesis, on the public telephone network — not an English model with an accent setting, and not text-only. This is the difference that decides most deals we win: a platform built for English-speaking markets can be excellent and still be unusable for a call centre in Kerala.

02

Agents that improve from their own calls

Every call is transcribed and scored against a QA scorecard, and what worked is mined into a library the other agents draw on. QA is usually a separate product bolted on afterwards; here the loop closes without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

03

Consult and resume, not transfer away

When the agent reaches its limit it consults a human or another agent, gets an answer, and continues the same conversation. The caller is not handed off and does not repeat themselves from the start. Escalation as a transfer is the industry default and it is the point at which most of the experience gain is given back.

04

Somewhere to grow into

No-code is the right start and eventually the wrong ceiling. Mirakash is configured the same way at the beginning and exposes the full API, workflows and self-hosting when the deployment outgrows the form — so the second year does not begin with a migration.

Straight answer

When you should pick Synthflow instead

You want one English-language agent live this week, you have no engineers, and you do not expect the requirements to deepen.

We would rather tell you that now than three weeks into an evaluation. If that describes you, they are a good choice and we will say so on the call.

Everything on this page about Synthflow is drawn from their own public positioning and reviewed on 2026-08-15. Products move, and this one may be out of date before we notice — if we have got something wrong about Synthflow, tell us at mirakash.com/contact and we will correct it. We are not interested in winning an argument with a page nobody can reply to.
